Chat rules apply to in game chat, animal names, item names, signs, books, private messages, and ANYTHING where text can be seen in game. They also apply for all situations where you are "just joking" with a friend or another player.

1. You must speak English only in the main chat and on signs / renamed items. Any private channel (PM, McMMO Party Chat, etc) can be in whatever language you desire, so long as it meets all other chat rules.

2. Always respect others (players and staff). NOTE: This rule applies to all chat channels, not only the main chat, and includes the following:

     1. Do not intentionally annoy people (including not stopping something after being asked to stop).

     2. Abusive language involving mental or physical disabilities, sexuality, gender identity, race, misogyny and misandry (sexist language), and swearing at or about other players/staff.

     3. Abusive language about the server itself

3. Spamming the chat is not allowed. Chat spam can take many forms but here are the main examples:

     1. Usage of excessively repeated letters or punctuation

     2. Excessively repeating similar/same phrases

     3. Sending one sentence relatively fast in the form of multiple sub-sentences in different messages rather than the bulk of it all in one message

4. The usage of excessive capital letters is not allowed.

5. Custom fonts and special characters are not allowed.

6. Advertising socials on items is not allowed.

7. Bypassing or attempting to bypass words that are filtered in chat is not allowed.

8. Realising that a word is censored and then using it in chat because it censors it out anyway is not allowed. Once you have discovered a word is censored, it is to be avoided and not said for your entertainment.

9. Sexual or disturbing chat is not allowed.

10. Politics and religion (from simple mentions to full conversations) are not allowed in chat. This includes all small mentions around the topics and anti-religious views.

11. Advertisement of other servers (server names, server IPs, and server Discords) is not allowed.

12. Advertisement of Nethria.pro on other servers is not allowed.

13. Actively trying to steal players from Nethria.pro to another server is not allowed.

14. Advertisement of coupon codes by non-sales is not allowed. This includes even stating the coupon's name (such as "I used JH2021, it's amazing!") as well as messages that appear to be staff codes but aren't.

15. Respect staff decisions once made. If you have a query of an issued punishment or decision, it must be handled via a ticket in our Forum at Appeals. Failure to have a mature and cooperative discussion OR continuing to argue after being given an explanation will result in the minimum of a mute.

16. Any talk of DDOs, cyber attacks, or real-life threats (threats made about anything outside of the game) will be treated as a major threat and severely punishable whether it was said on the server or found in screenshots from a place outside the server. This rule holds true for situations whether the statement was said as a joke or not. ALL matters of this rule violation will be treated equally.

17. Any screenshotted or observed discussion, whether it be on the server or off the server, of players doxxing others (sharing personal information) will be treated as a major offense. It does not matter if the statement was said as a joke or if you are friends with the person. All violations will be treated equally. The following information is considered as "personal" and falls under this rule:

     1. Full names (stating just someone's first OR last name may result in being treated equally)

     2. Home addresses

     3. Workplace details

     4. Phone numbers

     5. IP addresses

     6. Social security numbers

     7. Bank account or credit/debit card information

     8. Private correspondence

     9. Criminal history

     10. Personal photos

     11. Embarrassing personal details

1. Disbanding a Faction will result in the permanent loss of the assets that come with it. So check you have removed all those before disbanding as they cannot be replaced.

2. Leaving dogs in any Faction land (including warzone and safezone) that is not yours or the wilderness will result in their death.

3. Damaging someone whilst standing in a safezone by any means is not allowed.

4. Having multiple Factions claim or guard 1 base is allowed.

5. In situations where you overclaim a faction, the rule above about having multiple claims around a faction holds true. You are able to keep your overclaim. In general, overclaims have a primary goal of being able to easily raid the overclaimed faction's valuable chunks without any need to breach walls. They are not there to permanently impede another faction.

6. Claimed lands which doesn't have any activity for it (no builds) in last 48 hours can be unclaimed by staff.

7. If faction have biome corner claims and in 48 hours it doesn't have any activity in it (no buildings) or faction itself is inactive, claims can be removed by staff.

8. Any instances where factions acquire illegal FTop value, we will issue necessary reductions to their FTop at the end of the map. All reductions will be announced at the time of decision so it is not unknown. Examples of illegal FTop value can be, but are not limited to:

     1. Abuse of a glitch to discover mechanics that should not be part of the game.

     2. Abuse of rules / methods to prevent the raid on an area with significant FTop value. The raid must be of significant attempt and staff must be satisfied with the raid attempt. This will heavily rely on the proof you provide, so recording raid attempts would definitely help.

9. Use of other accounts to grind, or attempt to grind, into kill leaderboards (this includes any leaderboard that requires kills to get on) is not allowed.

10. In order for a faction to be eligible to place in the FTop, Sr Staff must agree that the faction's value is contained within their own base and not just a selection of "value only" chunks in another faction's base. This will not be proactively checked so if you have a concern it must be reported in a ticket.

11. /warp warzone claim can be removed of Faction if the following rules are broken:

     1. Faction have received warning.

     2. Member of the faction have been banned for using cheats.

     3. Faction have been inactive for 7 days.

     4. Claim is been inactive for one week (have no buildings)

     5. Have an inappropriate building.

     6. Faction size is smaller than 2 members.

1. Your account is your responsibility. Punishments will be imposed on the account regardless of who signed in.

2. Only one account per player. Any player found with an alternate account (2nd account) will have it deleted, and we do not accept responsibility for any items on it.

3. If there are multiple players on a single IP, they should inform the staff within 24 hours of registering another account; otherwise, punishments will be applied, and the responsibility falls on the player.

1.Having hacked clients, cheating texture packs, auto clicker, or other cheats active on your online account is not allowed, regardless of use. Anything that gives you an unfair advantage in game falls into one of the aforementioned categories.

2.Use of a weight or any other mechanism of allowing a mouse or keyboard button to be continually triggered without the presence of a player actively holding down the button themselves is not allowed. We will deem your player as AFK clicking (auto clicking) if you are unable to respond to the AFK checks we give you in game.

3.Macro scripts to initiate interval commands or auto-joining are not allowed.

4.Use or abuse of ANY exploit is not allowed. Exploits must be reported to staff immediately. This includes any method of duplicating items that are deemed by staff to be exploitative. 

5.Bypassing rules by ANY means is not allowed.

6.Being in the knowledge that someone is hacking, abusing glitches, or evading a ban and not reporting it (especially using it to your advantage) will be treated with severe consequences.

7.If you lose a dragon egg by interacting with it after placement, it cannot be replaced since it cannot be logged and is a vanilla method of losing an item, not a glitch.

8.Hitting people behind anything that is protected but can be opened (doors, trapdoors, etc) is allowed. However, using low ping or any other method to hit people behind solid blocks is not allowed. In order to report someone doing this, you must provide clear video evidence. NOTE: Any non-glitch method of damaging someone behind a wall (creeper eggs on the other side, shooting arrows into the corner of where 2 blocks meet which cause them to phase through slightly etc.) is ALL legal. We only disallow using glitches to remove, or phrase through, a solid block to hit someone behind.

9.The usage of a printer / easy place mod for defending against PvP or raids is not allowed. These mods are for building purposes only. In the case of this rule, "defending" means immediate, close-range defense that has a direct result on the raid / pvp attempt.

10.If you contact staff regarding what you believe is a server glitch that has caused something beneficial/detrimental to happen, one of the following must occur in order to have the situation rectified:

1. You must provide a method in which the glitch can be seen. This can be via video or instructions. As long as staff can replicate what you have told them.

2. You must work with staff to find a replication method so the glitch can, again, be seen in action.

3. You must provide a video of the glitch in action. Even if you or staff cannot replicate the glitch, if it can be seen via a video, you have a valid argument.

4. Failure to provide or find a valid replication method in your interaction with staff will result in no further action being taken on the situation. If the situation is deemed closed and you, later on, DO find a replication method (or staff find it), you will be able to get back what you may have lost

1. Using a VPN or any other means to vote more than once every 24 hours, whether it be for an alt or the same account, is not allowed.

2. Having other people vote with your name to accumulate more than the intended votes within 24 hours is not allowed.

1. Do not bypass bans with alternative accounts. If you have a temporary ban and use an alternative account to enter the server, that account will receive a matching ban at a minimum, though it may be harsher.

2. Use or method (on a different account, the punished accounts, or by asking other players) t send messages visible to players in chat to bypass a mute is not allowed.

3. Use of signs or books during a mute IS allowed, provided they are not used to complain or continue the discussion about the punishment, the staff, server, or rules.

1. Scamming or lying to players is allowed with the following exceptions:

• You cannot scam when the deal involves something that can only be obtained for real money and the opposite party is giving something tangible in return.

2. You can accept / offer real money for an in-game trade however you own 100% of the risk and Nethria.pro will not be involved in settling any legal disputes for either party. We also do not support real life trades and will not consider money given to / spent on other players when making decisions for the future and benefit of the server. We also advise that if you are paying someone for something that you confirm (and screenshot) the proof that they have the item(s) before doing the trade. If you get scammed and the player does not have the item(s), we cannot spawn anything in for you. If they are proven to have the item, we can search where it went and get it.

3. You can only accept real money for an in-game trade if you purchased what you want to sell with real money from our shop. This includes items won from purchases crate keys. If the item is spawned in ANY way, you cannot sell it.

4. Any deal made on the server must have clear screenshots of the agreed deal prior to its occurrence for it to be enforceable by staff. If you get scammed by a player not upholding their side of the deal, when the time comes, we will NOT go through logs (if they still exist) to prove the deal for you and you can consider the items / money lost. The important things to note regarding this rule are:

• We will not uphold any deals of intangible assets. For example, if you are trading money for a rank, or items for another item etc, these are all tangible assets and have the potential to be enforced. But if you are doing something like trading money / in-game items for a promise to not do something, we will not enforce this.

• If you do not agree on a set date for the latest you want the deal to be upheld, then the user will be allowed as much time as they wish to return what is needed.

• We will not go about chasing down the "interest" that you've charged. We will only ever enforce the base deal.

• If a deal involves the future repayment of money / items and the user does not have the required asset to repay it, we will not create that asset for you. Instead, the user will receive punishment for scamming as long as the scam is clear.

1. Issuing a chargeback or any form of legal action against Nethria.pro will result in a permanent ban from the entire network that will never be lifted.

2. Threatening us with issuing a chargeback will hold the same weight as doing so and will be met with a permanent ban.

3. Using another player's username to login as their character and make purchases in the shop is not allowed. To purchase packages for someone else, use the gifting option on the shop.

1. Registration and User Accounts:

1. Upon registering on our forum, users agree to comply with all forum rules. It is their responsibility to stay informed about and follow any updates or changes.
2. User actions must align with the laws of the respective jurisdiction and should not intend to harm the forum or threaten its existence.

2. User Profiles:

1. Each user is allowed only one account. Multiple accounts or account sharing are strictly prohibited.
2. Usernames must be between 3 and 20 characters, created from alphanumeric characters. They should not violate trademarks, use offensive language, or cause misunderstandings.
3. User avatars, photos, and signatures should adhere to community standards and not contain explicit or offensive content.

3. Posting Guidelines:

1. Users are expected to communicate in a respectful and constructive manner. Avoid offensive language, personal attacks, or any form of harassment.
2. Content posted should be relevant to the forum section and contribute meaningfully to the discussion.
3. Do not engage in spamming, flooding, or any activity aimed at artificially increasing post count.
4. Do not post copyrighted material without proper attribution or permission.
5. Avoid creating duplicate threads or posts. Before starting a new thread, check if a similar discussion already exists.

4. Chat Etiquette:

1. Be polite and avoid offensive language in chat.
2. Do not provoke or threaten other users.
3. Refrain from spamming or flooding the chat.
4. Do not post links or advertise other communities without permission.

5. Reporting and Moderation:

1. If you come across a post that violates the rules, report it to the moderators.
2. Respect the decisions of moderators. Do not argue publicly; instead, use private messages for disputes.
3. Do not attempt to manipulate or deceive moderators.

6. Miscellaneous:

1. Any form of discrimination, hate speech, or explicit content is strictly prohibited.
2. Respect the privacy of other users. Do not share personal information without consent.
3. Adhere to any specific rules outlined in individual forum sections.
4. Penalties for rule violations may include warnings, temporary bans, or permanent account suspension, depending on the severity of the offense.
